All commissions are negotiable. I am having a 4% special right now on homes located in Roxbury Twp. You do not have to sign anything, just call me and I'll guarantee it. You can list at any time in 2023.
Otherwise, my typical commission schedule is shown below. A lower commission does not result in me spending any less money or cutting corners in any way. You still get all the features and options listed in the "selling" section of the website.
BUYER REBATES
Buyer rebates are a fairly new feature in New Jersey real estate. Call me to discuss. I will typically offer them on homes valued at over $300,000. They start at $1,000 and go up with the price of the home. They also depend on the commission I am being offered by the seller's agent. Call me if you are buying a home in Morris County and would like a buyer's rebate!
